Compliance

Current scope and operating boundaries

This page describes what the public site actually does today. A label or disclaimer does not determine how a future paid service would be regulated, so new features require separate review.

Current public service

AIcreditcopilot currently publishes free, general educational content, links to official resources, and operates a publication waitlist. The public launch does not sell credit-improvement services or accept credit reports and dispute documents.

What the current site does not do

  • File, prepare, or send a dispute for a consumer.
  • Contact a bureau, furnisher, collector, creditor, or court for a consumer.
  • Identify which accurate information should be challenged.
  • Generate legal documents, legal conclusions, or personalized legal advice.
  • Promise a score increase, deletion, approval, bureau action, or timetable.
  • Charge for credit-improvement assistance.

No professional relationship

The site does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, or individualized credit advice. AIcreditcopilot is not a law firm, and no attorney-client or fiduciary relationship is created by reading the site, joining the waitlist, or contacting the publisher.

FCRA education

The Fair Credit Reporting Act provides processes and protections that may include access to consumer reports, disputes of inaccurate or incomplete information, reinvestigation duties, and notices when a consumer report contributes to certain adverse actions. Exact rights and timelines depend on the facts and applicable law.

Consumers can obtain reports through AnnualCreditReport.com and review official guidance from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Filing a dispute does not guarantee removal or a score change.

Future product gate

Product organization tools, compensated recovery pathways, uploads, personalized AI, and dispute assistance are not approved merely because they are described as educational. Each future SKU, marketing funnel, fee model, state footprint, contract, and data flow requires written review before development or launch where the project plan specifies that gate.
